3 NP Futurity 3-years-old titles for Brutsaert
20/09/2021 – 16 combinations in total had entered the NRHA Belgium Non Pro Futurity for 3-years-old, of which 11 entries in L4, 11 in L3, 12 in L2 and 6 in L1.
With one more entry to go German Marina Becker and Whiz Gunnas Treasure [Walla Whiz Crome] was leading in both L4, L3 and L2. Her efforts had been rewarded with a 216,5 score. De very last entry was Belgian Bo Brutsaert with CJ Made Me Do It [CJ Whiz]. In the 2nd set of spins Brutsaert hit the penalty box light, but she made up for that mistake in the circles and stops en rollbacks. It were the last powerful stop and back-up that made the difference and marking 217,0 Brutsaert claimed both the L4-, L3- and L2 Non Pro Futurity Champion title. Reserve honors in these three divisions were for Becker. Step 3 of the L4 podium was for Swiss Stephanie Blessing and Shiners Dreamer [Shiners Voodoo Dr] marking a 216,0; step 3 of both the L3- and L2 podium for Belgian Emmalee Penha and Lightning Spook [Undercover Spook].
German Maximilian Koch and Gone Whiz Sparks [Spark N Whiz] claimed the L1 title marking a 210,0. Reserve honors were for Czech Thea Karasovan and DG Sky Scarlet Dunit [DG Hollywood op Gun] marking a 205,5. Marking a 203,5 Belgian Tom de Boever and Sodawhizice [SG Frozen Enterprize] placed 3rd.
