14/11/2021 – The finals of the NRHA European L4 Open Futurity concluded yesterday in Cremona (ITA) were thrilling until the very last entry of Cira Baeck (BEL) and Americasnextcovrgirl [Walla Walla Whiz] owned by Maria Cecilia Fiorucci. The score to beat was a 223,0 marked by Mirko Midili (ITA) and GD Peptos Olena Blue [Spat A Blue] owned by Domenico Giannitti. In the spins Baeck could not match with Midili, but the pair performed beautiful circles with no visible adjustments needed. The final decision therefore depended on the stops and roll backs and in these maneuvers Baeck did not match with Midili, resulting in a 222,5 and the Reserve Champion title. The title was for Midili.
